Understanding landscape and impacts
Analysis of environmental features, vegetation and landscape relationships helps assess proposed changes. We develop studies and specialist contributions for environmental impact assessments, considering alternatives, mitigation and integration into the setting.
Planning the approval process
We examine available documents and relevant constraints to identify the process to discuss with the competent authorities. We support building and municipal applications, landscape authorisations and the preparation of required documents in Italy.
Following the review
Depending on the commission, work includes organising the application, submission by authorised parties and support with requests for additional information. Drawings, reports and documentation are kept consistent throughout revisions.
Scope of the commission
Preliminary analyses, environmental and landscape reports, agronomic input and documents for authorisations and permits. Procedures, signatories and specialist input depend on the project; outcomes are determined by the authorities’ review.
