Surveying and laser scanning
Understanding a place is the starting point for design. Topographic surveys and laser scanning provide a readable foundation for understanding terrain, buildings and spatial relationships.

The purpose guides the survey
We define extent, purpose and the required level of detail before acquisition. Access, geometry and site conditions inform the method, equipment and checks.
From data to representation
The point cloud is organised for use by the design team. Depending on the commission, outputs include plans, sections, elevations, levels and three-dimensional representations to support design decisions.
Deliverables ready for use
We agree reference systems, units and exchange formats compatible with the practice’s tools. Deliverables identify the detail recorded, checks carried out and any areas that could not be surveyed.
Scope of the commission
Terrain and building surveys, point clouds and graphic outputs. Required accuracy, coverage, access, drawings and CAD or 3D formats are established before the survey.
Architecture, landscape and agronomy. Expertise brought together with respect for each project.
